Yes, I am rating the BBC version right now. I rated with an A. If you want one that is correct to the book you have to the right place except in a few minor areas. These are the things that downgrade the movie from an A+ to an A. Lucy was way to plump for my liking and Susan had blond hair in this one. In the books, Lucy has blond hair but (excluding the horribly made and not worth mentioning at all the animated 1979 version) none of the movies can seem to give Lucy blond hair. THe best6 they can seem to do in this one is give blond hair to Susan. (Eventhough, in the books Susan clearly had dark hair.) I did not mind Peter (Richard Dempsey)he was in all respects Peter from Narnia. In both movies they picked great actors for all of the Pevensies. Overall, this movie did a great job of adapting Narnia into a movie. I still dio enjoy watching it eventhough it's animated creatures and talking animals leaves most people with something to be desired. In otherwords, this is a great movie and if you can ignore the people in animal costumes and watch the animation then this is an excellent version for you. I personally love it!
