Another Chapter

Chapter4:That First Morning
Ben-Oni was the first to wake up and soon diedeced to make breakfeat. Faith woke up to a horrible, but wonderful smell. I guess I should tell you Ben-Oni although good at most anything else is not good at cooking, he burns things. Faith thought that burnt pancakes always were the best. She loved the smell but most of us do not like burnt food so we would say a horrible smell. She got up and asked Ben-Oni if she could eat the burnt pancakes. (I think this is why her favorite big brother was Ben-Oni for quite some time, because he always burnt the food just in time for her to eat it.) Ben-Oni not wanting the others to know said yes and went to bed. Faith ate the pancakes and went back to sleep. Harry was the next to wake and woke to a horrible skunk smell. The black and white animal had sprayed all over his sleeping bag. He was too tired and did not get no matter how bad it smelled. Harry was a late riser. Two hours later, Harry woke for the second time and got up. He was going to make breakfast. When Lavender woke for the first everyone else was wide awake. She only woke up being too a late riser, because Faith picked flowers and put them near her nose. Harry never cooked pancakes until they were done. So, everyone had to cook them again once Harry gave them to everyone on plates. All except Ben-Oni who had Lavender cook his as well as hers. She, of course, lightly browned Ben-Oni’s. Harry liked them almost done and ate them almost done. Faith was full and did not eat again, until lunch. They packed up the tent and swing and left. They bought some skunk smell free spray, for the sleeping bag. They contiued on, playing RPS tournaments and bought fireworks at the first stand that came in view.
They found a place to sleep and set up camp there, prayed and slept.


Chapter 5:The Third of July
They got up and ate crepes. It was Sunday. Because they wanted to get there on the 4th of July, they spent the whole day playing. As it was they were 3 miles away and could get there tomorrow near dinner time. Faith asked if she could say a speech. Faith started,’’When we started this trip everyone was sad and would not talk very much, but now everyone is glad and is filled with love and joy. Those are my middle names Love and Joy. God helped us through this time let’s thank Him.’’ So, The Dard’s Inventors knelt and thanked God. (And God is good isn’t he?) They also, sang the song,‘‘He is the Name above all names.’’ (And one of my favorites),‘‘Holy, Holy, Holy.’’ They also, played 20 questions (The Walton’s style). Ben-Oni was the one who always won at that. Then they took turns swinging on the swing that Harry had made earlier. They played the card games called:Crazy Eights, Bluff(I doubt it), Hearts, War, Slap Jack(Walton’s style),Rummy, Spoons(instead of spoons they used sticks), Well, that night they went to bed praising God.
